Postage will not be waived under any circumstances
Postage fees will be paid by buyers, these fees will include the amount for the packaging.
No last minute backout after placing of orders.
Deadbuyers/ MIA-buyers = blacklisted.

ღ Once order form is sent, orders are placed and NO BACKING OUT IS ALLOWED.
ღ By sending in your order form, you have agree to VanityLadies's T&C's and that your order is confirmed.

❥ For Preorders/ Sprees ;
ღ Please do not join preorders if you cannot wait.
ღ Your payment must be made within 24 hours upon the agreement.
ღ All payment MUST be in before the spree closes. No FULL Payment = No Order
ღ We will not be paying for you if you are unable to pay on time.
ღ Otherwise, your orders will be cancelled without prior notice.
ღ In case any items are OOS,a refund will given back to you or you can change to other items of the same amount.
ღ All items are brand new & in package.
ღ Vanity Ladies's Owner will not be blamed for cancelling your orders without informing you.

❥ For Instocks ;
ღ Please note that $2 will e added for swaps.
ღ When many buyers are interested in an item, items will be put up for Auction for 5 days.
ღ The item will go to the highest bidder after the fifth day and an email will be sent to the buyer.
ღ And the buyer is not able to back out after the auction is made.
ღ Reservations is only available for 4 days. Once the time's up, the item will be up for sale again.
ღ Reservations will cost $2 or more, as we won't be able to sell the item if other buyers are interested.
ღ Vanity Ladies's Owner will not be blamed for selling away the item you wanted when another buyer is interested.
ღ You can choose to pay upon receiving item(s).
ღ No refunds will be made if you have already paid for your items and decide to back out.

❥ Meetups ;
ღ We do not provide meetups for people without handphones.
ღ Meetups will only be made when Vanityladies' Owners are free.
ღ Meetups will only be held at Clementi/ Batok/ CCK/ Woodlands( Will only commence on 20 april onwards) mrt stations.
ღ Other places then the ones mentioned above can be discussed with an added cost.
ღ No cancelling of meetups at the last moment or you'll be fined.
ღ Please inform us 3 hours before meetup if you're unable to make it.
ღ Please be punctual for meetups, otherwise you'll be charged.
ღ To avoid misunderstandings, please check items upon receiving them.

❥ Payments ;
ღ Vanity Ladies's Owner accept payment via bank transfer/ concealed cash/ Deposit Cash/ meetups( @ our convience ).
ღ Vanity Ladies's Owner do not reccomand concealed cash payment. However, do it at your own risk.
ღ Please, do retain the transaction receipt of money transferred for future references if opt for bank transfer.
ღ For bank transfers, please bank into POSB-Saving 209-74939-4.

❥ Postage ;
ღ Vanity Ladies's Owner will not be responsible for lost mail of any kind so please do not blame us after we have sent out your order.
ღ So Vanity Ladies's Owner would prefer you to opt for Reg postage.
ღ Normal postage: $1.90-$3.50 (depending on weight of item)
ღ Reg Postage: Normal postage + $2.50
